Most people join a club to get results, be it for weight loss, improved posture or simply a greater sense of wellbeing. Whatever the reason, we can tailor make a programme just for you. We can provide a personal training service that caters for all levels of ability, from marathon runner to busy mum, from teenage athlete to the retired couch potato.

One of our highly qualified male or female Health and Fitness coaches can design a personal programme to suit your needs, using cutting edge techniques and awe inspiring equipment.

Alternatively ypu can take advantage of one of our special packages. These range from speed and agility courses, holistic kinesis exercises through to combat training. All involve the support of a personal trainer, who is there to help and motivate through the six week programme. On some of programmes you can book with up to three other friends, sharing both the fun and the cost.

Every new member gets a half hour taster session and Personal Trainers are always on hand to offer a free consultation with no obligation.
